01What is Teyo Player?
Teyo Player is a media player developed by NEXOLUME LLC for your own authorised playlists. See the supported platforms and download pages for currently published Android, Android TV, Google TV and Windows builds.
02Does Teyo Player include channels or subscriptions?
No. Teyo Player does not provide, sell or bundle TV channels, playlists, content subscriptions or copyrighted media. You must supply your own playlist or provider details and have permission to access its content.
03Where can I download the application?
Use the official download page on teyoplayer.com. It links to Google Play and Microsoft Store and lists currently published direct downloads. Check the listing for your device before installing.
04How do I find my MAC address and Device Key?
Open Teyo Player and look at its activation screen for your Virtual MAC and six-digit Device Key. Use the values displayed by the app, not the hardware MAC from your router. Keep the Device Key private: it authorises playlist management.
05How do I activate my device?
Open the activation page, enter the MAC address displayed in Teyo Player, choose an available plan and complete Stripe checkout. Activation is applied after the server confirms payment. This activates the player for that device; it does not purchase channels or a playlist.
06Which devices are supported?
The website currently lists Android, Android TV, Google TV and Windows. Check the download page and official store listing for compatibility with your exact device. A television brand alone does not establish compatibility.
07What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed through Stripe. The payment methods available for your purchase are shown at checkout. Review the selected plan and amount before paying. PayPal is not the current payment provider.
08My payment succeeded but the device is not active yet. What now?
Check the payment confirmation page and confirm that the MAC address used for the purchase matches the one displayed in Teyo Player. Allow time for Stripe payment confirmation to reach the server, then reopen the app to check its status. If activation is still missing, contact support with your payment reference and device MAC. Do not pay again before the first payment is checked, and never send your card details or Device Key.
09How do I update the application?
If you installed Teyo Player from an official app store, check that store for updates. For a direct installation, use the current build for your platform on the official download page. Avoid uninstalling the app or clearing its data as an update step, because this can remove locally stored information.
10How can I contact support?
Use the support section on teyoplayer.com or email admin@teyoplayer.com. Describe the issue and your device platform. For a payment issue, include the payment reference. Do not send your full playlist URL, Device Key or card details.
11Does Teyo Player support Live TV, movies and series?
Yes. Teyo Player provides separate areas for Live TV, movies and series when your authorised playlist contains those entries. The available content comes from your own source, not from Teyo Player.
12Is an EPG programme guide available?
Teyo Player can display current and next programme information when your playlist provider supplies compatible EPG data. Missing or incorrect guide information must be checked with that provider; the player does not create the programme listings.
13How many playlists can I connect?
You can connect up to ten authorised playlists to one device, choose a default and switch between them in Teyo Player. Each playlist must contain content you are authorised to access.
14Where do I manage my playlists?
Open My List on teyoplayer.com in a browser and sign in with the Virtual MAC and Device Key displayed by your app. You can add, replace, rename or remove playlists. To change a URL, edit the existing playlist and save its new authorised link.
15Where are streams and playlist links stored?
Playlist links are encrypted before storage by the Teyo service. Media streams are delivered directly from your own provider to your device. Teyo Player does not host or relay those streams.
16What happens when the seven-day trial ends?
After the seven-day trial, the device needs activation to continue playback and playlist access. Check the activation page for current plans and conditions. Activating the player does not extend or replace any separate agreement with your content provider.
