Does Teyo Player include channels, playlists or subscriptions?
No. Teyo Player is a media player only. It does not provide, sell or bundle channels, playlists, subscriptions or media.
What do I need before using Teyo Player?
You need Teyo Player on a supported Android TV or Fire TV device and your own authorized HTTP or HTTPS M3U playlist URL. Compatible standard Xtream get.php links are detected automatically.
When does the 7-day free trial begin?
The trial starts when the device registers with Teyo Player for the first time. No payment details are required to begin the trial, and each device receives one trial.
How do I add or change a playlist?
Open My List on your phone or computer, then enter the Device MAC and six-digit Device Key shown in the app. You can add, replace, remove and select playlists without typing long URLs with a TV remote.
How many playlists can I connect?
You can connect up to 10 authorized playlist URLs to one device, choose a default playlist and switch between connected playlists in the player.
What happens after the trial ends?
Playlist access and playback pause when the trial expires. A one-time device activation restores access with no recurring Teyo Player subscription.
Can one activation be used on several devices?
No. Each activation is linked to the Device MAC displayed by one device. A separate activation is required for every additional device.
Does the Android app read my hardware MAC address?
No. On Android, Teyo Player creates a stable virtual device address and does not read or send the hardware MAC address.
How is my playlist information protected?
Playlist URLs are encrypted before storage. Media streams open directly from your playlist provider, and Teyo Player does not host or sell the media you watch.
Why might a playlist or channel fail to load?
The URL may be incorrect, expired, temporarily unavailable or restricted by the playlist provider. Confirm that the same authorized playlist is active and that the device has a stable internet connection.
How is the activation payment processed?
Activation costs 5.00 USD for one device and is processed through secure checkout. Teyo Player does not create a recurring player subscription.
